Your Role:

We is currently looking for a customer care agent ( f/m/d) fluent to join
our customer care team. In this role, you will be responsible for
customer-related communication both via email and telephone. The role is
planned full-time 40h per week starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer queries via mail and phone (no acquisition)
  • Find both practical and creative solutions to customer questions
  • Assist customers throughout their journey and establish a relationship
  • Coordinate inquiries together with other departments such as Logistics
  • Update and maintain our CRM database
  • Communicate with dealers across the globe
